Should possess knowledge of CNC Punching, Bending, Laser m/c
Knowledge of AP100, VPSS, METALIX, NC EXPRESS, BODOR THINKER Programming
Responsible to handle overall PNC Tool Management
Responsible to handle day-to-day part process production to achieve production targets & factory targets
Effective utilization of manpower, maximize productivity of machinery and workers
Responsible for setting of tool changeover and to improve part process quality together with manufacturing engineering & tooling team
Should have knowledge of SAP and Excel
Responsible for CNC PNC Setter development
Encourage safety & housekeeping practices & lead by example
Responsible to clear the process rejection on daily basis & improve to minimize the scrap cost per appliance. Responsible to maintain 5S on shopfloor
Responsible to verify and maintain CPT/CPC parameter
