Job Description

Role & responsibilities Collaboration with the production team to create production plans and schedules based on targets , production capacity and resource availability. Ensuring that production targets and deadlines are met Managing and allocating resources such as manpower, equipment ,materials and tools required for production. Optimizing resource utilization to maximize productivity and minimize cost. Implementation and maintaining quality control standards and procedures to ensure that product meet or exceeds quality expectations. conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any quality issues. Identify areas for process improvement and implementing strategies for enhance production efficiency , reduce waste and increase productivity. Leading and supervising manpower of production , train them and evaluate their performance time to time. Ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively. Requirements: Education qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical), CIPET , PGDPPT 3 - 5 Year of Experience in a similar capacity Having proven experience of manpower handling Knowledge of MS Office (Excel , word , power point )
