Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor solar module production processes to ensure optimal quality and operational efficiency.
Develop and execute production planning to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
Lead manpower planning and management to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, safety, and quality standards.
Utilize ATW Stringer for frontend production operations and troubleshooting.
Perform CCD calibration to maintain module quality and consistency.
Analyze and optimize module power through accurate calculations and testing.
Apply knowledge of Mono and Topcon modules for enhanced performance and yield improvements.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve process deviations and technical issues.
Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in production lines.

Skills Required:

In-depth knowledge of solar module manufacturing and stringer operations.
Strong understanding of CCD calibration and module efficiency parameters.
Experience with Mono and Topcon solar technologies.
Proficiency in production planning, manpower allocation, and workflow optimization.
Hands-on experience with PLC systems and power calculation methods.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
