Manpower Handling:
• Manage and oversee production staff.
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members.
• Resolve manpower issues or conflicts promptly.
Shift Planning:
• Develop and implement effective shift schedules.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Adjust plans to meet production demands.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control:
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
• Implement corrective actions for quality issues.
5S Implementation:
• Promote and enforce the 5S methodology.
• Conduct regular 5S audits and implement improvements.
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE):
• Monitor and analyze OEE metrics.
• Implement strategies to maximize equipment utilization.
Defect Reduction:
• Analyze production data to identify defect trends.
• Implement corrective actions and process improvements.
