Create and modify detailed 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D models (SolidWorks) for components, assemblies, and systems. Develop manufacturing drawings including dimensions, tolerances, and materials. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop design solutions for new and existing products. Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and documentation required for production. Perform design revisions, updates, and drawing controls as needed. Participate in design reviews, DFM (Design for Manufacturability) assessments, and prototyping. Assist in creating technical documentation, work instructions, and assembly guides. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, ISO, and company quality procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during fabrication or assembly.
