Production Engineer II, Edge Services

Role Overview

As a Production Engineer II, you will design, implement, and operate Customer's Cache and Proxy systems. In this role, you will develop robust, scalable solutions that cater to diverse product requirements. You will be expected to proactively identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and modernization as Proxy technologies evolve. This includes developing and implementing improvements to keep pace with growth and emerging technological needs.You'll regularly dive deep into complex technical problemsanalyzing issues, determining root causes, and implementing solutionsto ensure availability, resilience, and optimal performance of caching and proxy infrastructure. Staying current with industry trends is key; you'll research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies to strengthen Customer's technical edge.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and support Customer's production and corporate infrastructure around the clock.Provide full-stack support for Customer products and services, including application monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving system alarms.Partner with development, operations, and business counterparts to ensure near 100% uptime of all services.Communicate with internal and external customers about operational issues and collaborate between engineering teams.Drive product and process improvements.Stay current with new technology and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
