Position: Senior Production Engineer (EOT Cranes)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production of EOT cranes and lifting equipment
• Plan and schedule jobs to meet delivery timelines
• Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality teams
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and fabrication standards
• Manpower handling and shop floor team management
• Trouble-shooting during fabrication, assembly, and testing
• Maintain proper documentation and production records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical or Electrical
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in EOT crane / heavy fabrication industry
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, assembly
• Familiarity with material handling systems, crane standards, and shop drawings
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and production planning

Salary:

• As per experience – approx. ₹50,000/month or higher for the right candidate
