Job Title: Production Cutter Operator : Anmol Industries Limited (Thakurganj Plant, Bihar)

Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Line In-charge

Location: Factory / Manufacturing Unit

Job Purpose:

To operate and maintain the biscuit cutting machines to ensure accurate shape, size, and weight of dough pieces as per production standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the dough sheeter and cutting machine as per the production plan.

Adjust cutter rollers, speed, and pressure according to product type.

Ensure accurate shape, size, and thickness of biscuits.

Monitor dough consistency and report any irregularities to the production supervisor.

Lubricate, clean, and maintain cutter blades and equipment.

Minimize wastage during cutting operations.

Coordinate with the mixing and oven sections for smooth workflow.

Ensure hygiene, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance at the workstation.

Record daily production output and downtime.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Food Technology preferred.

1–3 years of experience in food or biscuit manufacturing (cutting section).

Basic machine operation and maintenance knowledge.

Attention to detail and understanding of product specifications.

2. Oven Operator – Biscuit / Bakery Factory

Job Title: Oven Operator

Department: Production

Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Shift In-charge

Location: Factory / Manufacturing Unit

Job Purpose:

To operate and control the baking oven to ensure biscuits are baked uniformly and meet the quality standards for color, texture, and moisture.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the continuous tunnel / rotary oven as per standard operating procedures.

Monitor and control oven temperature, conveyor speed, and airflow.

Check biscuit color, texture, and moisture during baking.

Adjust baking parameters based on product type and quality checks.

Ensure proper loading and unloading of trays or conveyor belts.

Coordinate with cutter and cooling sections to maintain smooth production flow.

Perform regular cleaning and preventive maintenance of the oven.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and food quality protocols.

Record production parameters, downtime, and performance logs.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Processing.

1–3 years of experience operating ovens in a food / bakery / biscuit plant.

Knowledge of temperature control and product quality inspection.

Ability to identify baking defects and take corrective action.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,890.99 per month
