Production Coordinator - Student Films

Role Overview: As a Production Coordinator for Student Films, your main role is to organize resources such as manpower, budget, and equipment for all stages of film production - Pre-production, Production, and Post-production. You will also be responsible for securing permissions and arranging location amenities. Ensuring the safety and security of personnel, crews, equipment, as well as Institute and university properties is a crucial part of your job. Additionally, you will need to manage transport, boarding, lodging, and handle emergency situations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Organize resources including manpower, budget, and equipment for Pre-production, Production, and Post-production stages - Secure permissions and arrange location amenities - Ensure safety and security of personnel, crews, equipment, Institute, and university properties - Manage transport, boarding, lodging, and handle emergency situations - Ensure timely completion of projects within specified parameters - Submit complete accounts of the on-account advance drawn for academic projects/exercises and other purposes - Perform other tasks as assigned by managing authorities Qualifications Required: - Degree from a recognized University - Master Degree/Diploma in Film or Television Direction/Production or media management from a recognized University or Institute of repute - At least 5 years of experience in Film/TV Production in an Organization or Institution related to Film/TV Production or Training - Good administrative and managerial experience in the medium - Knowledge of Indian and International Cinema/TV/OTT - Proficiency in computer skills and related software such as MS Office, scheduling, budgeting, and accounting,
