Production Coordinator -Apparel Manufacturing

Job description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and collaborative Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating, managing timelines, and working closely with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

This position will initially be in Chennai and then transferable to Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience 15+ years.

 Coordinate schedules and manpower planning for LBV projects (development, collection,

VIP…) ensuring timely completion and delivery.

 Follow LBV projects from initial design to final product delivery, from development to

production.

 Monitor internal LBV processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

 Maintain comprehensive records of activities, including costs and project timelines

 Communicate effectively with production and development teams, providing updates on

project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly

Qualifications:

 Proficient in English, Tamil and Hindi.

 Proven experience in production coordination or project management, preferably within the textile or embroidery industry.

 Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, Teams, and Outlook

 Knowledge of embroidery techniques and processes is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
