The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with weavers and the production team. - Coordinate with weavers, artisans, and internal teams to ensure timely production and quality standards. - Assist in product development, design coordination, and sampling. - Maintain production schedules and track progress. - Handle vendor communication and follow-up for raw materials and production updates. - Support the design team in creating and modifying design concepts. Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of design or production-related software Design & Color Sense: Basic knowledge of fabric design, color combinations, and texture coordination. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Confidence: Should be self-motivated, confident, and capable of handling on-ground discussions with weavers and vendors. Prior experience in the Textile or Carpet Industry will be an added advantage. Please note that the work location is in person.,
