Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations:
Execute batch manufacturing according to SOPs and approved production plans.
Monitor reaction parameters like temperature, pressure, pH, and mixing speed.
Maintain proper records of raw material usage, batch yield, and process deviations.
Quality & Compliance:
Perform in-process checks to ensure product meets required specifications.
Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for sampling and testing.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines (e.g., CIB & RC, ISO).
Process Optimization & Troubleshooting:
Identify process issues and work with Production teams to resolve them.
Suggest improvements to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and increase batch efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR), logbooks, and chemical inventory.
Prepare production reports and communicate deviations to seniors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
