Production Chemist

As a Production Chemist at Sai Ram Agritech Pvt. Ltd., located in Rampura Phul, Dist. Bathinda, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production of agrochemical products. Your primary focus will be on ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and process optimization in the chemical manufacturing industry. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and managing the formulation and production of agrochemical products, monitoring and controlling production parameters for consistency and efficiency, conducting quality control checks on raw materials and final products, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as FCO, BIS, and environmental safety standards. You will also be expected to maintain detailed production records, collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to improve processes, troubleshoot production issues, and train production staff on safe handling procedures. To qualify for this role, you must hold an M.Sc. in Chemistry and have 3-5 years of experience in a chemical or agrochemical manufacturing environment. You should possess a strong knowledge of chemical processing, formulation techniques, and quality control procedures, along with familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
