As a Production Chemist at Dior Pharmaceuticals in the Cosmetics Division located in Mohali, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the cosmetic manufacturing process, including Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) preparation and testing equipment handling. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure GMP compliance and supervise production operations to maintain high-quality output. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and manage daily cosmetic production operations effectively. - Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and other essential production documents. - Ensure adherence to GMP standards, SOP compliance, and plant hygiene. - Monitor in-process quality checks and equipment calibration to maintain product quality. - Collaborate with the QA/QC departments for necessary testing and approvals. - Provide guidance and training to operators for ensuring quality and productivity standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field such as B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm/M.Pharm. - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in cosmetic or personal care manufacturing. - Proficiency in handling testing instruments like pH meter, viscometer, etc., and maintaining accurate documentation. - Strong understanding of GMP regulations and production procedures.
