Production & Brand Solutions Intern - New Media

You will be part of a dynamic team at DCA, where authentic voices hold significant value. As an intern in the Influencers Team, your role will involve shaping brand perception and driving engagement through meaningful collaborations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in conceptualizing and developing brand solutions for influencers and digital campaigns. - Supporting end-to-end production coordination, from content ideation to execution and delivery. - Collaborating with the team on brand briefs, proposals, and campaign decks. - Coordinating with influencers, managers, and brands to ensure a smooth workflow and timely deliverables. - Conducting research on the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and content production. - Tracking campaign performance, gathering insights, and assisting in preparing reports. - Maintaining campaign calendars, agreements, and other necessary documentation. We are looking for someone with a passion for influencer culture, digital trends, and social media platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills, basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, a creative eye with attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a team-first mindset are essential for this role. Additionally, having prior internship or project work experience in marketing/social media would be advantageous. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience with live campaigns and have the opportunity to connect with creators.
