At DCA, we believe in the power of authentic voices. Our Influencers Team plays a crucial role in shaping brand perception and boosting engagement through meaningful collaborations. We are currently seeking a creative and proactive intern to provide essential support in influencer discovery, outreach, and campaign execution. As part of the team, your key responsibilities will include identifying relevant influencers across various platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, maintaining and updating influencer databases, crafting outreach emails and tracking responses, coordinating product sends, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring influencer posts and stories for compliance and quality, collecting data, preparing campaign reports, and contributing to brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns and content ideas. We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for influencer culture, digital trends, and social media platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. A creative eye, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and a team-first mindset are qualities we value in potential candidates. Prior internship or project work in marketing or social media is considered a plus. The internship offers hands-on experience with live campaigns and an opportunity to connect with creators in the field. Please note that this opportunity is only open to female candidates for a full-time internship lasting 3 months. The work schedule is Monday to Friday in person.
