Partner Outreach – New Media

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Partner Outreach professional to join our New Media Department. This role will focus on building strong relationships with brands, agencies, and production houses to create partnership opportunities for our roster of social media influencers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and build long-term partnerships with brands, agencies, and production companies for influencer collaborations.
• Act as a bridge between influencers and potential partners to create effective brand campaigns and digital deals.
• Research and map market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming brand campaigns to identify opportunities.
• Draft pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored for brand partnerships.
• Maintain and update a database of potential and ongoing brand relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams (talent managers, strategy, and creative) to align influencer opportunities with client needs.
• Negotiate and finalize deals ensuring both brand objectives and influencer goals are met.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure partner satisfaction and continued business.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, partnership status, and campaign performance for internal review and client updates.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in influencer & Digital marketing, strategizing campaigns, brand partnerships, and curating in budget influencer plans or a similar role.
• Previous experience in Media and Entertainment Agency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and influencer ecosystem.
