Production & Brand Solutions Intern

At DCA, we believe in the power of authentic voices. Our Influencers Team plays a vital role in shaping brand perception and driving engagement through meaningful collaborations. We are currently seeking a creative and proactive intern to assist in influencer discovery, outreach, and campaign execution. As an intern, your key responsibilities will include assisting in conceptualizing and developing brand solutions tailored for influencers and digital campaigns. You will support end-to-end production coordination, from content ideation to execution and delivery. Working closely with the team, you will contribute to brand briefs, proposals, and campaign decks. Additionally, you will coordinate with influencers, managers, and brands to ensure a smooth workflow and timely deliverables. Keeping up with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and content production will be essential. You will also be responsible for tracking campaign performance, gathering insights, and assisting in preparing reports. Maintaining campaign calendars, agreements, and other documentation will be part of your role. We are looking for someone with a passion for influencer culture, digital trends, and social media platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, along with basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. A creative eye, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and a team-first mindset are qualities we value. Prior internship or project work in marketing/social media would be a plus. This is an internship opportunity with a contract length of 3-6 months. The work location is in person.
