1. Ensure timely production in the respective production shift
2. Monitor and achieve the expected yields of the batches
3. Monitor , control and reduce the utility function
4. Manpower Management during the shift
5. GMP Compliance in Operations and Documentation
6. Clean Room and Micronisation of API Handling
7. Follow Safety Rules and Policies
Experience and Education Requirements :
1. Be an Engineering Graduate or Chemistry Graduate / Post Graduate
2. Should have an industry experience of min seven years
3. Should have an exposure to Regulatory Audits
4. Should be a leader
Salary : Commensurate with Industry Standards
