Should Be Diploma Holders.

Should Be Working In Last Three Years Engine Assy Process.

Should Know How To Use 7 QC Tools.

Also Should Know How To Use Minitab.

Should Have Data Based Approach For Any Problem Solving.

Should Have Analytical Mind To Analyze The Data.

Should Know Complete Engine Assembly Process With BOM Parts Application.

Should Know How To Prepare 7 Step, 8D, Fault Tree Analysis.

Should Be Required To Come In Shift Mostly.

Should Have Good PPT Making Skills & Communication Skills In English, Hindi.

Should Know IATF Basic Requirements For Shopfloor Process. 

Should Be Able To Read Part Drawings.

Should Be Able To Prepare FT OK Data Report On Daily Basis

Should Know How To Raise Deviation/MCR In System.

Should Be Willing To Work On Assembly Line If Required.

Should Know TBWS Work System.

Should Prepare Data In Excel & PPT. 

Should Prepare SWM, Control Plan, FMEA. 

Should Be A Team Player & Work With Collaboration & Networking.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

Should be Diploma Holder. 

Should have Fluency in communication in English & Hindi. 

Should know Minitab, & QC Tools, 8D, 7 Step.

Should know Engine Assembly Process & Should be involved in QC of Engine Assembly from min. last 3 Years. 

Should be Result & Data oriented.
