Responsibilities

A Garment Production Manager is responsible for various aspects of the production process, including:

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Developing and managing production plans and schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
• Operations Management: Supervising daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, and implementing process improvements.
• Quality Control: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and implementing quality control programs.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Overseeing inventory, supply chain logistics, and managing supplier relationships.
• Team Leadership and Management: Leading and supervising production teams, ensuring a safe work environment, and conducting performance reviews.
• Collaboration: Liaising with various departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• Several years of experience in apparel production or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage production processes.
• Strong understanding of textile production and relevant standards.
• Experience with process improvement and production management software is beneficial.
