Production Assistant

About the Role:

(Female - preferred)

We’re looking for an energetic and organized Production Assistant to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day production activities - coordinating with artists, managing costumes and props, ensuring smooth shoot operations, and maintaining clear communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with artists, stylists, and crew members before and during shoots.

Manage costumes, accessories, and props - ensuring they are ready and organized on set.

Assist the production team in scheduling, logistics, and on-set requirements.

Communicate shoot details (timing, location, call sheets) to artists and crew.

Handle basic administrative and operational tasks for smooth shoot execution.

Support in setting up shoot locations and managing production materials.

Ensure timely pickups/returns of costumes and props after shoots.

Maintain inventory and records of costumes and other production assets.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Production Assistant or similar role is preferred (freshers with strong organization skills may apply).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.

Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Willingness to travel to shoot locations when required.
