Production Artist

The Production Artist position in the Marketing & Communications department involves assisting in executing design concepts across various media platforms. You will be responsible for adapting existing templates for marketing materials at company, regional, and community levels. Collaboration with team members is essential to interpret visual direction and ensure project requirements are met. It is crucial to maintain structured file systems in alignment with marketing workflow processes. Your tasks will include resizing and reformatting assets for different channels while preserving layout and visual integrity. As a Production Artist, you will conduct pre-production quality checks to ensure assets meet technical specifications and deadlines. High-end retouching and image editing are necessary for photos of homes, interiors, and communities, including tasks like object removal, sky replacement, lighting adjustments, and background cleanup. Maintaining image quality, consistency, and color accuracy across all visual assets according to brand standards is a key aspect of the role. Your expertise should encompass creative marketing, design concepts, and staying updated on new design and technology trends. Requirements for this role include a degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in production, image retouching, and graphic design. Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is necessary. Knowledge of Lightroom is a plus. Familiarity with digital asset types, resolution requirements, and color profiles (RGB/CMYK) is essential. A strong photo editing and design portfolio, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are also required for this position.
