Production Application Support with Payments or Treasury Domain

You will be a part of a team that provides real-time assistance for business-critical products, troubleshoots reported problems, and offers in-depth product support to FIS clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Daily communication with staff from leading banks and corporates using FIS financial software solutions - Providing real-time assistance for business-critical products and troubleshooting reported problems - Resolving incoming inquiries and customer concerns via telephone, email, or chat sessions - Working on a rotational shift basis to ensure 24/7 support - Collaborating with global teams and clients **Qualifications Required:** - 2 to 4 years of experience in production application support - Basic knowledge/experience working with Microsoft Windows Operating system and/or Linux - Good knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS/Azure - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts At FIS, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact on your career.
