Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Loni, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, for a Production and Quality Control specialist. The individual in this role will manage production planning, oversee daily production activities, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the role involves training staff, implementing quality control procedures, and maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

• Working hours: 10am-7pm
• Monday to Saturday working, Sunday off
• Expected salary between 35,000 to 40,000

Qualifications

• Skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Quality Control expertise and ability to implement quality procedures
• Strong Communication and Training skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
