Production and QC Supervisor

Job Description: The Design Story is looking for an experienced Production & QC Manager to lead the luxury bespoke furniture manufacturing operations. As a Production & QC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production across multiple departments such as woodwork, polish, upholstery, and metal. Your role will involve implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control systems, working closely with the design teams to ensure flawless execution, managing timelines, optimizing workflows, and ensuring cost efficiency. Additionally, you will be mentoring and guiding production teams to consistently deliver high standards. The position is based on-site at the company's facilities in Delhi NCR.
