Hands-on experience in managing factory operations, workforce planning, and production scheduling. Proficiency in interpreting furniture design drawings, material planning, and machine handling (wood/metal). Familiarity with finishes, paint processes, upholstery, and modular joinery is a strong plus. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing labour-intensive teams.
