Job Description

Production Responsibilities

Plan and monitor
daily production activities
as per schedules
Ensure availability of
raw materials, manpower, and machinery
Monitor production output to meet
quality and quantity targets
Maintain
production records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with
QA/QC, maintenance, and stores
departments
Ensure compliance with
safety, quality, and SOP guidelines
Identify production issues and support
continuous improvement

Dispatch Responsibilities

Plan and execute
dispatch of finished goods
as per customer orders
Coordinate with
stores, logistics, and transporters
Prepare and verify
dispatch documents
(invoice, delivery challan, packing list, e-way bill, etc.)
Ensure
on-time delivery
and proper packaging of products
Track dispatch status and handle
delivery-related issues
Maintain
dispatch records and inventory updates
