Responsible for developing & defining of strategies, policies for production method.
To develop, standardize new tools, procedures for production & support in implementation.
Responsible for Machine Process and Line setup.
Responsible for optimization in line with Organization goals like Maximum OEE, on time delivery,Zero breakdown, Zero accident.
Responsible for scorecard indicators regarding the productivity , quality control.
To manage quality control by taking responsibility and valorization of the results achieved.
To control and analyse daily in process rejection & taking Initiatives to improve the product quality.
Review productivity in terms of quality, cost, delivery and morale on daily basis to keep tab on progress and take necessary actions if required.
Responsible for Tact time & Cycle time study & designing of New Assy line as per customer requirement.
Responsible for all documentation related to work procedures.
Responsible for the Planning & development of new project for Infrastructure & resources of all new projects.
Daily Meeting & Coordination with material department to ensure the smooth flow of production lines in house and at customer end as well.
Responsible of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop.
Application and management of the indicators regarding safety at work.
Contribution to the definition of the Plant budget and budget of Shop
Knowlage of ICT & FCT and Assembly Process.
Costs of raw materials and costs of transformation in every single phase, and monitoring of all the deviations .
Preference Experience in Industries: Electronic Manufacturing Services
