Product UX Designer

Description

We are seeking a skilled Product UX Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging products. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating designs, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing previous UX design work and case studies.
