Product Trainer - Home Appliance(Male)

We are looking for a skilled Product Trainer to train staff on home appliances and IT products. The role involves developing training materials, conducting sessions, and ensuring employees are well-equipped with product knowledge to improve sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-house and onsite training sessions on home appliances, gadgets, and IT products.
• Explain product features, specifications, benefits, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Create training content, presentations, manuals, and videos.
• Ensure sales teams understand product comparisons and selling points.
• Stay updated on new product launches and technologies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback or refresher sessions.
• Support the team with product-related queries and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams for updated information.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related fields.
• Experience in product training or sales (home appliances/IT products).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of product specifications and technology.
• Ability to simplify technical details for trainees.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
