As a Product Technical Lead at Relinns Technologies, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the product vision and technical execution. You will lead discussions on product architecture, define technical roadmaps, and guide engineering teams in delivering high-performance, scalable solutions for our AI chatbot platform, BotPenguin. In this high-impact role, you will need to demonstrate strategic thinking, hands-on development expertise, and leadership skills to align cross-functional teams towards the success of our product. You will collaborate closely with product managers, senior engineers, AI experts, and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and maintaining high software quality standards. This role presents exciting opportunities to develop impactful AI-driven solutions and shape the future of conversational automation. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership position. You should have proven experience in scalable system design, a solid understanding of MEAN/MERN Stack technologies, and expertise in software architecture planning and low-level design. Additionally, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and AI/ML concepts is essential. In this role, you will lead technical architecture design and roadmap planning for BotPenguin's core platform, collaborate with the Product Manager to align the product vision with technical execution, and work with engineering teams to translate product requirements into scalable solutions. You will design and develop core modules of the platform, enforce technical best practices, and ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications across global deployments.
