As a Team Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a development team in the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js. Your role will involve defining coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines to ensure high-quality project delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide expertise in system design, project architecture, and performance optimization. In this role, you will mentor developers in the team, conduct code reviews for maintaining code quality, scalability, and security standards, and troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. You will also ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and manage project timelines, task allocations, and team deliverables efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong leadership qualities with experience in leading development teams, along with expertise in React.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend development. A deep understanding of system architecture, application scalability, RESTful API design, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) is essential. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and hands-on experience with version control tools like Git are also required. Good-to-have skills for this role include experience with microservices architecture, exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, prior experience in Agile/Scrum-based project management, and knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. The successful candidate should have 5-6+ years of hands-on development experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or senior developer role focusing on project architecture and scalability.
