Product System Test Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing and validation of cutting-edge 4G/5G network solutions. Your main tasks will include developing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and frameworks for system-level testing, defining test coverage, test cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure product quality, and leading the execution of functional, performance, and scalability tests for 4G/5G core network solutions. Additionally, you will be required to develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance test efficiency and coverage, as well as identify, analyze, and track defects to ensure timely resolution. You will contribute by working independently within broad guidelines and utilizing best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues. You will work with substantial discretion, using specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment, and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and contribute to process improvements. Furthermore, you will transfer concepts for the professional direction of your own organizational unit into actionable measures, may lead small projects with limited risks and resource requirements, and analyze, design, develop, and test products/services/improvements/bug resolutions for integrated hardware/software systems as per customers" requirements. You will also be responsible for resolving customer trouble tickets, diagnosing complex problems/issues, providing resolution or recommending corrective actions, developing SW/HW build-controlled production releases, retaining technical and design knowledge for assigned products and technologies, and providing training to lower support teams (Tier 2 and Tier 3). Key Skills And Experience You have: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in Performance, System test experience in Functional and serviceability areas. - Good knowledge in IMS, VoLTE, SIP, DIAMETER, 4G/5G core technologies. - Good experience in Linux, Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack. - Working experience with Automation like Robot Framework, cloud-native, micro services, and containers architecture. It would be nice if you also had: - Prior experience in interfacing with customers & customer teams is an added advantage. - Should have worked on the toolsets like Jira, Jenkins, or Bamboo. - Experience in Redhat-OCP.,
