Project Role: Product Support Advisor

Experience: 4-8 Years

Job Location: Bangalore(Hybrid)

Skills: SFDC Support

Shifts: Rotational

Key Responsibilities: Configuration and Support:

• Implement configuration changes to existing Salesforce objects.

• Provide Level 3 support for Salesforce-related issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive problem-solving measures.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for day-to-day processes. Technical Expertise:

• Has experience with Salesforce configuration, flows, approval processes, and automation features.

• Is proficient in using tools like Workbench, Data Loader, and Inspector.

• Experience with ticketing tools like Remedy force, ServiceNow, Jira, and CSM management.

• Understanding of ITIL processes.

Process and Quality:

• Adhere to ITIL processes and best practices.

• Conduct thorough testing of applications in lower environments.

• Ensure compliance with SDLC standards and unit testing practices.

• Deliver high-quality work within projected timelines and SLAs.

Requirement:

• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce, ideally in a support and QA environment.

• Salesforce certification in DEV, Administration, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Salesforce product landscape, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

• Experience in the healthcare domain and sales territory hierarchy (preferred).

• Expert-level Salesforce configuration skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Openness to working on rotational shifts (US EST Timezone).

Additional Skills:

• Understanding of performance optimization techniques to improve the speed and efficiency of Salesforce environments.

• Familiarity with Salesforce security best practices and compliance requirements.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
