Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Support L1 – SaaS Platform. The Product Support L1 will be responsible for providing first-level product support, assisting customers with their inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting software problems, analyzing customer queries, and documenting solutions for recurring issues. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.
