Product Support & Implementation Engineer

As a Product Support & Implementation Engineer, your role involves providing product support to customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting the application. You will also be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the delivery of software developed within a program to IT Operations for deployment into the production environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supporting clients via email/phone - Validating infrastructure for deployment - Documenting deployment and backout plans - Ensuring correct packaging of the product before deployment - Completing implementation tasks within deadlines - Following up with 3rd party companies for support items and credentials - Notifying team leader of any delays or issues during the implementation process **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to manage commitments effectively - Pro-active problem-solving attitude with strong communication skills - Good attitude, commitment to work, and strong analytical skills - Good grasping skills and ability to work closely with the team - Familiarity with ticket/task management software and process documentation - Proficiency in MS SQL The company offers a full-time position with a salary based on qualification and experience.
