Product Support & Implementation Engineer

Job Description: As a Product Support & Implementation Engineer, your primary role will be to provide product support to customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting applications. You will also be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the delivery of software developed within a program to IT Operations for deployment into the production environment. Responsibilities: - Support clients via email/phone - Validate the robustness and stability of the infrastructure where the application will be deployed - Document a detailed deployment plan with a backout plan in case of deployment issues - Ensure correct packaging of the product before deployment and compliance with release controls - Complete implementation tasks within agreed deadlines - Follow up with 3rd party companies for support items and implementation credentials - Notify the relevant team leader promptly of any delays or issues during the implementation process Required Skill Sets: - Ability to manage commitments to customers and managers - Pro-active problem-solving attitude with strong written and communication skills - Positive attitude and commitment to work - Excellent analytical and learning skills - Strong grasping skills and ability to work closely with a team - Familiarity with ticket/task management software - Proficiency in process documentation - Experience with MS SQL Additional Details: The company offers health insurance for immediate family members, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund as part of the benefits package.
