As a Product Support Engineer (PSE) at Bluecore, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers optimize their use of our platform by resolving technical issues, setting up campaigns, and ensuring they derive the maximum value from the tools and features we offer. Your responsibilities will include providing expert support for clients using Bluecore and tools like BigQuery, Datadog, and Looker, investigating technical issues with a data-driven mindset. You will assist in configuring, optimizing, and debugging email/SMS campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and delivery issues. Tackling problem resolution, you will triage issues across data pipelines, templates, and configurations, working closely with internal teams to ensure swift resolution. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are key aspects of your role, as you partner with Engineering, Product, and Technical Support teams, document findings, share patterns, and contribute to improving internal processes. Leveraging Python and JavaScript, you will script and automate tasks to debug issues, validate data, or create internal tools that streamline support operations. Continuous learning is encouraged, requiring you to stay sharp with SQL, build knowledge in our tech stack, and contribute to internal knowledge bases and team growth. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in product support, technical support, or related roles, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing environments. Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and SQL is required, along with hands-on experience with tools like BigQuery, Looker, Datadog, or similar platforms. Strong technical troubleshooting skills in a customer-facing role are essential, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Comfort with a 24x7 shift culture is also necessary.
