Experience - 3-6 years Location - Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and Gurugram. Work Timings - 11 Am - 8 Pm Work Days - 2 Days (WFH) Mandatory Skills - Teamcenter- ITK and BMIDE , tool version, modules in teamcenter ,Understanding of BOM management (including Variants/ Options), CAD data management, document management and change control areas of a PLM system. Assist project teams, business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in Dev/QA environments during development/SIT/UAT/Prod deployment phases to verify the end-to-end solution. Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/multi-site architecture. Experience in C/C++, Teamcenter ITK, Teamcenter Style sheets & Transfer modes, Java, PLMXML. Experience with the configuration and/or customization of PLM systems based on solution design documents. As a Senior Consultant, you'll work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. Capabilities of a Product Development practitioner will include: • Understanding of BOM management (including Variants/ Options), CAD data management, document management and change control areas of a PLM system. • Assist project teams, business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in Dev/QA environments during development/SIT/UAT/Prod deployment phases to verify the end-to-end solution. • Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/multi-site architecture • Experience in C/C++, Teamcenter ITK, Teamcenter Style sheets & Transfer modes, Java, PLMXML • Experience with the configuration and/or customization of PLM systems based on solution design documents • Proficient in defining and documenting technical requirements, along with migration of legacy data into PLM system. • Experience with the migration of legacy data into a PLM system • Experience in the integration of PLM with external data sources such as ERP, MES etc. • Experience with the development of test plans and test cases, functional testing, issue resolution and user acceptance testing Required Experience 6 - 10 / 3-6 (Senior consultant / consultant) Years of experience in Teamcenter and Experience working on implementing End to End Teamcenter projects. Expertise in multiple PLM framework is desired but not mandatory • Extensive experience in CAD data migration for solid works and AutoCAD • Must have completed 2-3 end to end implementations and data migrations • Strong functional experience in Teamcenter systems requirements • Good functional experience in Teamcenter and Business configuration • Strong experience in Teamcenter Change management, Workflows, BOM Management • Good understanding of Automotive/Manufacturing/Consumer Goods domain • Experience in creation and building up of business solution assets. • Guide individual project teams in technical decision making and review implementation approach for alignment with industry best practices • Provide Industry standard best practices and align PLM (Teamcenter) Enterprise Architecture to PLM Roadmap defined for the clients • Assist project teams, business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in Dev/QA environments during development/SIT/UAT/Prod deployment phases to verify the end-to-end solution. Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree/Professional Degree, with First Class/Distinction in B Tech or B E • MCA/M Tech/MSc • Strong academic track record • Ability to travel 40-60% • Ability to work independently as well as in teams. • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement Preferred Qualifications Active H1B visa from previous employer or Green Card holders is an added advantage
