Job Summary:

The Product Specialist (Sales) will be responsible for promoting and selling two-wheeler products to customers while providing detailed product knowledge, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, product expertise, and the ability to deliver a strong customer experience that drives brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Explain product features, specifications, and benefits of two-wheeler models.
• Conduct product demonstrations, test rides, and presentations.
• Assist customers in product selection, financing, and documentation.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
• Support showroom display, branding, and promotional activities.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demand.
