Role Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist with a background in Civil Services preparation for a full-time role at Gyankosha. This is an on-site position based in Gorakhpur. The Product Specialist will support the development and improvement of our educational offerings, analyze user feedback, and ensure alignment with industry standards. Additional responsibilities include engaging with customers to address inquiries, providing exceptional service, and supporting sales strategies and initiatives related to our education platform.
