As part of the Product Solutions Expert team, your role will involve: - Supporting enterprise clients in deploying and integrating Eightfold's AI solutions. - Configuring and customizing products to meet customer requirements. - Designing API and software integrations using JSON, SQL, and Python. - Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting innovative solutions. - Collaborating with internal teams and leading customer training sessions. - Learning how to architect integrations between Eightfold and leading HR systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, and Greenhouse. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, SQL, and Python. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-handling abilities. - Curiosity to understand how AI is reshaping enterprise HR systems. - A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
