Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving the TFX targets assigned to the branches/channels under your care. This includes about 6 to 12 branches and being aligned with the ABM of branch banking or a specific business segment such as Privy, Wealth, WCG, CorpSal, etc. Your role will involve identifying TFX & FES opportunities in the assigned catchment/segment, interacting regularly with branches/channels, analyzing stock and market intelligence, identifying training needs, and implementing capability building plans. You will also gather market information and competition trends to support product development by the H.O. Additionally, you will monitor service standards/TAT, ensure quality accounts and compliance, respond to customer queries/complaints within defined TAT, and ensure adherence to all processes and guidelines by branches/channels. Furthermore, you will be responsible for enhancing channel/team productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve TFX targets for assigned branches/channels - Identify TFX & FES opportunities in the catchment/segment - Interact regularly with branches/channels and present analysis of stock, market intelligence - Identify training needs and implement capability building plans - Gather market information/competition trends for product development - Monitor service standards/TAT and address any gaps - Ensure quality accounts, compliance, and timely response to customer queries/complaints - Ensure adherence to all processes and guidelines by branches/channels - Enhance channel/team productivity Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech & MBA preferred - CA as a second preference - MBA mandatory for candidates other than CA or B.E/B.Tech Additional Details: Personality Traits & Required Skills: - Business acumen to identify opportunities and develop market penetration strategies - Ability to engage with various channels and leave a positive impact - Effective communication and articulation skills - Strong analytical and presentation skills Experience, Age & Grade: - 2-8 years of relevant experience in Trade & Forex,
