Product Sales Manager - BRANCH BANKING - Retail Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving the TFX targets assigned to the branches/channels under your care. This includes about 6 to 12 branches and being aligned with the ABM of branch banking or a specific business segment such as Privy, Wealth, WCG, CorpSal, etc. Your role will involve identifying TFX & FES opportunities in the assigned catchment/segment, interacting regularly with branches/channels, analyzing stock and market intelligence, identifying training needs, and implementing capability building plans. You will also gather market information and competition trends to support product development by the H.O. Additionally, you will monitor service standards/TAT, ensure quality accounts and compliance, respond to customer queries/complaints within defined TAT, and ensure adherence to all processes and guidelines by branches/channels. Furthermore, you will be responsible for enhancing channel/team productivity.
