Product Qualification Engineer (Testing & Validation)

As a potential candidate, you will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be developing, implementing, and executing test plans, protocols, and validation procedures for new and existing home appliances. Your role will involve conducting performance, durability, reliability, and safety testing in accordance with internal requirements, Indian, and international standards such as ISI and BIS. Additionally, you will be required to document test results, analyze failures, and provide root cause analysis along with corrective action proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and execute test plans, protocols, and validation procedures for new and existing home appliances. - Conduct performance, durability, reliability, and safety testing as per internal requirements, Indian, and international standards (ISI, BIS etc.). - Document test results, analyze failures, and provide root cause analysis and corrective action proposals. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering. - Background should include completion of a college project involving hands-on practical experience in product testing, problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges. This job is full-time and permanent with the work location requiring in-person presence.
