We are looking for a Product Manager to manage the development of our student travel journey app and website. This role involves planning, improving the user experience, testing the app, and working with different teams to make the product better. The app will have different interfaces for parents, students, and teachers, based on their needs. Responsibilities Manage App & Website Development: Oversee the development of the app and website using MERN technology (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). Improve User Experience: Design easy-to-use and engaging interfaces for different users. Testing & Bug Fixing: Conduct A/B testing, check for issues, and improve the product based on user feedback. Work with Teams & Vendors: Coordinate with technical teams, content creators, and outsourced developers to ensure smooth product development. Track Performance: Analyze user data, app engagement, and feedback to improve the product. Ensure Security & Scalability: Maintain a secure and stable platform for long-term use. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in EdTech, TravelTech, or SaaS. Strong knowledge of MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). Experience in app development, website management, and integrations. Knowledge of A/B testing, data analysis, and user engagement. Good communication and teamwork skills. Experience working with JIRA and Confluence for project management. Preferred Qualifications Experience in mobile app development. Understanding of UI/UX design and usability testing.
