Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate daily with the tech team to plan, prioritize, and execute sprints.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for integrations and deliverables.
• Gather and analyze feedback from internal users and customers to identify challenges in product adoption.
• Track and report adoption metrics, driving initiatives to enhance product usability and success.
• Monitor product performance and support iteration based on feedback and data insights.
• Ensure effective communication between product, design, and engineering teams.
  

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in product or program management in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong skills in project planning, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on user feedback, adoption, and impact measurement.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Based in Hyderabad (in-office / hybrid).
