Product & Process Trainer

Role Overview

The Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs for Sahaj Mitr/Param Mitr and internal employees. The role involves content creation, classroom and virtual training, developing digital learning modules, and conducting field visits for training delivery. This is a replacement position for a critical Sales Trainer role based at Lucknow SHO covering North India.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Content Creation

• Prepare training Videos, PPTs, Quizzes, and monthly/annual Training Calendar.
• Edit training videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar applications.
• Design learning activities, assessments, and computer-based training (CBT) modules/storyboards.

Training Delivery

• Conduct virtual and classroom training sessions for Sahaj Mitr/Param Mitr and employees.
• Ensure participants are aware of all Sahaj products and services.
• Motivate employees through engagement and extra-curricular initiatives.
• Travel and field visits to various locations for training delivery.

Reporting & Management

• Prepare and maintain training reports and documentation.
• Manage training turnaround time and ensure high employee satisfaction.
• Support talent development initiatives and certification programs.

Required Skill Set

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Trainer, preferably in Sales Training.
• Strong experience in designing training programs, activities, and assessments.
• Hands-on experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred).
• Expertise in digital training processes; comfortable conducting large virtual and physical sessions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi/regional languages.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
