Product Owner, Data AI Analytics

As part of the McCain digital transformation, you will be responsible for maintaining master data governance processes to ensure data integrity across all regions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Configuring SAP MDG modules for material master and establishing business rules, approval workflows, and validation logic. - Designing and implementing policies and frameworks specifically for material master data governance in the S/4HANA environment. - Supporting the implementation of data management, data governance, and data quality tools/platforms. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and create standard definitions for key metrics used throughout the organization. - Creating and maintaining documentation pertaining to business processes related to material master data management. - Performing root cause analysis of data issues and ensuring remediation according to data governance policies and standards. - Developing audit and validation methods to ensure the quality of the material master data using AI-Driven and automated approaches. - Assisting with regular compliance reviews against policies and standards. - Identifying downstream impacts of master data change. Qualifications and Experiences required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 15 years of experience with data management/governance, including data protection and data quality. - Experience with the SAP S/4 MDG framework, including configuring and customizing data models. - Certification like MDG100 will enhance the candidate's profile. - Preferred experience working with PIM, Data Catalog, Data Governance, and MDM systems. - Understanding of CPG industry specifics such as product hierarchies, SKU proliferation, and regulatory data requirements. - Experience harmonizing systems, processes, and data across business areas and functions. - Experience developing and implementing data governance policies and standards. - Experience working on an agile team in a virtual, distributed environment. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little supervision. - Experience establishing metrics/key performance indicators to measure business impact and process compliance.
