Product Owner - Cross-Border Payments

As a Product Owner/Business Analyst with 8 to 15 years of experience, you will play a vital role in defining business requirements, converting them into technical solutions, and overseeing end-to-end project delivery within a dynamic work environment. Your responsibilities will include acting as a Product Owner to establish the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will also be responsible for conducting impact analysis and ensuring compliance with global banking regulations and industry standards. Additionally, you will lead and participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to facilitate smooth project execution. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams. Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks as a Product Owner is desirable. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) will be considered an advantage.
